What types of special steel does Dongfei supply?
Dongfei produces and stocks a wide range of special steels, including high-speed tool steel, alloy tool steel, alloy structural steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, spring steel, carbon structural steel and carbon tool steel. Our grades are suitable for mould bases, standard parts and a variety of CNC-machined components.
Where is Dongfei located and how many plants do you have?
Dongfei was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Dalian, a coastal city in northeast China. We operate an independent production plant with a site area of 33,464 m² in Dalian and have two branch companies in Dongguan (Guangdong Province) and Kunshan (Jiangsu Province) to better serve customers in South and East China.
What is your annual production capacity?
Our production lines have an annual output capacity of about 10,000 tons of special steel bars and plates. This allows us to support both regular stock supply and customised production orders.
What quality certifications does Dongfei have?
Dongfei was one of the first companies in the industry to pass ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification by TÜV Rheinland in 2003. We have been awarded titles such as “AAA Credit Enterprise”, “High-tech Enterprise in Dalian”, “Excellent Mold Material Supplier” and “Liaoning Province Specialized and New Little Giant Enterprise”, reflecting our long-term commitment to quality and innovation.
