100% incoming inspection
Every coil and bar is inspected before it enters production:
- Visual inspection for surface defects, rust and mechanical damage
- Dimensional check of diameter, length and straightness
- Verification of grade, heat number and certificates
- Sampling for hardness and composition when required
Full traceability
All materials are identified by heat number and production batch, so that every finished bar can be traced back to the original mill and inspection record.
