Ultrasonic testing

• 100% ultrasonic testing available for critical applications
• Detection of internal defects such as shrinkage cavities, inclusions and cracks
• Testing criteria according to customer standards or international norms

Dimensional & surface inspection

• Verification of diameter, length, straightness and tolerances
• Visual examination for surface defects, rust and handling damage
• Sampling for hardness and microstructure evaluation when required

Packing & identification

• Each bundle is clearly marked with grade, size, heat number and batch number
• Protective packing to minimise corrosion and handling damage during transport
• Full documentation package can be supplied together with the goods
